Kevin Dillon in Vampires: Out For Blood

PoorBest

Kevin Dillon is Matt Dillon’s brother and the more talented of the two. For those unfamiliar with Kevin’s work it is no surprise they maintain that opinion. His claim to fame is "Entourage" which has made him popular among all male demographics but is seen in a limited number of households because it airs exclusively on HBO and is on for only during the summertime when barely anyone is watching television. He played a cameo role in Poseidon, the remake two years ago. What he has done lately is become the coolest vampire in a long time.

Vampire’s Out For Blood stars Kevin Dillon and two beautiful but insignificant actresses. He plays a detective who lives in his car during a gut wrenching divorce all the while semi-spying, call it stalking if you must, his soon to be ex-wife. She writes vampire novels, looks stunning in jeans and has sex with middle aged men. I am only thirty, bummer. One night while investigating the disappearance of a college student he finds her scantily clad in a night club. She instantly notices him and invites him into a limousine along with her friends. What does she offer him? A massively erotic blow job that is later termed "undead head." Well make me a corpse and call me Vampy, where can I procure some of that? All teasing aside, the lead vampire bites Kevin Dillon who is forced to become the laughing stock of the police department while spouting off tales of vampires and orgies. He solicits the assistance of his ex-wife and together they conspire to reverse his transformation into the undead. Unfortunately she further breaks his heart and uses him to become an immortal while leaving him flesh and blood.

Why is this ridiculous independent film worth a moment of your time? Because Kevin Dillon is hilarious. Every line he speaks is comedy platinum. His facial expressions are those of Johnny Drama and he is a man’s actor; unabashedly sexist, hyper-emotional and cool to the bone. Can you spare $3.99? I sure hope so, that way you can watch Vampires: Out For Blood.
